From Wikevent
The first and most important thing to know about contributing here is that you don't really need to worry about the "rules". It's true that we have guidelines and policies, but in order to get started you don't need to know them at all. Just search for an artist or team or speaker or organiser or venue you are interested in and click on a date in the calendar to start adding events. If the page doesn't exist already just edit it and click one of the template links. The new page will include a calendar, with links for each day. Just click one to add events!
